LOCATION: Orlando

CHILDREN: 2 year old boy and 2 month old baby boy

HOURS: 25 hours weekly either 4 or 5 days a week for half days or 3 half days and one longer day.

DESCRIPTION: Loving Orlando family is looking for an engaging and organized nanny to care for their sweet sons. Ideal nanny is a reliable, punctual, and sees themselves as a self-starter. Family is looking for a long-term nanny to grow with their family! Ideal nanny has experience with newborn and toddler age groups, understanding all stages and developmental milestones from newborn through preschool ages. Looking for a nanny that is playful and has a light-hearted, bright personality and loves to laugh. Gentle parenting experience is required. Family is looking for a professional nanny that respects their views and beliefs and will keep political conversation out of the home. Looking for a nanny that is enthusiastic and proactive about helping children reach developmental milestones, and is always wanting to learn more about how to help children learn and grow. Education or other experience in Early Childhood Development is a plus. Ideal nanny enjoys incorporating hands on educational and fun activities such as singing, reading, and sensory play and values active outside time. A nanny who loves planning engaging activities and arts and crafts is a huge plus. Family requires a limited to no screen time approach and would also prefer that the nanny not be on their phone while on the clock. Mom does work from home. Looking for a nanny that has good communication and will become part of the family. Nanny would also help with children related chores such as tidying up after playtime, activities, and meals, meal prepping snacks and food for baby, as well as some minor household chores such as laundry, un/loading the dishwasher, and helping to keep the home neat as when arrived. Family would love for nanny to have some flexibility to incorporate occasional date nights. Family would love for nanny to have some flexibility to stay overnight if needed at least once per year should the family travel (but not required). Nanny must be comfortable with a possibility of signing a confidentiality agreement. Family is requiring the nanny have up to date vaccines including TDAP and Flu.
