DESCRIPTION:
South Tampa family is in search of an energetic, patient, and well-organized nanny to care for their growing family! Family is looking for a seasoned caregiver, with newborn/infant experience and who can engage their children in enriching activities and foster their development with age-appropriate skills and playtime fun, such as reading, singing and interactive games. Family prefers a nanny that has worked with more than one child at a time, and working with multiples is a big plus. Collaboration with the family on their children’s developmental milestones is highly valued, alongside traits of reliability and dependability. Seeking a nanny that understands all aspect of newborn and infant stages, wake windows, baby led weaning, potty training, and simultaneously keeping older child engaged and constantly learning, going for walks, to the park, help with homework, etc. Mom needs a true team player that she can depend on, and help maintain schedules and routines. Much of the nanny’s day will focus on helping mom with the triplets, and household duties, while the older children are at school. Looking for longevity. Family would like a nanny tht has availability and flexibility to travel as needed. House does have stairs m so nanny must be comfortable going up and down stairs throughout the day as needed. Focus will be on children, other duties will include cleaning up aft children, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping
