Loving family is in search of an experienced nanny with a minimum of 7 years expertise in caring for newborns to assist in welcoming their adorable little girl in the Palma Ceia area of South Tampa! They are seeking a collaborative nanny who can work together with the family on their daughter's schedule, routines, and developmental milestones Looking for someone that can help new parents with understanding common newborn issues including sleep training, wake windows, acid reflux, etc. Adaptability to change and being a valuable resource, with an understanding of various ages and stages of a child's growth, are key qualities they are looking for in a nanny. A background is Early Childhood development is preferred, but not required if the nanny has proven track record of understanding developmental stages and age-appropriate skills. The family values reliability, and a true team player. Family does lead an active lifestyle, they do have expectation that nanny that enjoys that also Family does have a pool, and a boat, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable in and around the water. Looking for a nanny that has availability / flexibility to travel with family when needed. A bilingual nanny is also a plus, but not a requirement of the position.
Family also has 2 large dogs- nanny must be comfortable around animals.
While the primary focus will be on their daughter, additional responsibilities will include tidying up after the child, laundry, walking dogs as needed, and light housekeeping as necessary.
