DESCRIPTION: A loving and reliable family is in search of an energetic, patient, and well-organized nanny to care for their growing family! Family is looking for a seasoned caregiver, with both newborn/infant and toddler experience, who can engage their children in enriching activities and foster their development with age-appropriate skills and playtime fun, such as reading, singing and interactive games. Family wants a nanny that has worked with more than one child at a time Collaboration with the family on their children’s developmental milestones is highly valued, alongside traits of reliability and dependability. Ideally, they prefer a nanny who resides nearby for added convenience and support, but it is not a necessity if the nanny is dependable. As their older daughter continues to blossom, particularly in her verbal skills, they desire a patient and nurturing nanny who can cultivate a love for reading, critical thinking, and maintain a screen-free environment. Long-term commitment is important to the family, as they hope to establish a lasting relationship where the nanny becomes an integral part of their parenting journey as they await arrival of baby #2. . Effective communication skills are essential, as is the initiative to assist with household tasks and adapt to the family\'s dynamics. Mother will be working from home while the nanny is present and would love to feel a sense of family connection with the nanny as they will be around each other often. The home does have stairs, the nanny should feel comfortable navigating them for naptime routines and other activities as needed. Although the primary focus is on their children, additional responsibilities include tending to their needs, managing household chores, family laundry, light housekeeping and possibly assisting with cooking/ meal preparation for the family. Family does have one large and very loving dog.
