DESCRIPTION: South Tampa family is looking for an experienced and active nanny to join their busy family. Seeking an energetic nanny that can help keep up with family’s extremely active lifestyle. A Bilingual nanny is preferred but not required. Looking for a nanny that is a true self stater and will take the initiative to get things done! Seeking a nanny that can communicate/ collaborate with family on the boy’s needs, and is able to be a true support for family’s parenting plan. Family wants a creative nanny who will keep children engaged and keep up with busy schedules and routines. A nanny with a background in early childhood education or Montessori Philosophy is a plus, as parents want the children to continuously learn. Family will support nanny to help enhance their training/education to allow teaching the children as they grow. Family is looking for a nanny that wants longevity who can continue to support and guide the children as they grow. Nanny must have completely open availability and flexibility to travel with family. Family does have 2 homes, so nanny must be comfortable and have the availability/flexibility of living bicoastal on the average of 6 months at a time and must be able to accommodate a heavy travel schedule as needed. Family is based in the Tampa area for 6-8 months of the year, and spends 4-6 months in Portland, Oregon. When family is in Portland, they will provide housing accommodations for nanny. Nanny must have or willing to obtain a passport for international travel if needed along with meeting criteria to travel internationally.
