• We are the longest standing independent nanny agency in our area. We have been in business since 1989!
• Our background check is second to none. We use a company from the National Association of Professional Background Screeners. They have their own high standards they are required to meet & this is why we use them! We have runners physically go to the courthouse & pull every public record on the nanny from the past 7 years. Anywhere the nanny has lived, worked, or even gone to school.
• We are very selective in how we screen our nannies. Not every nanny that applies is accepted. We meet all of our nannies face to face via zoom.  We require good communication and high standards.
• We provide advanced, year-round training for our nannies.
• All of our nannies are paid legally. We believe that what the nanny earns is paid to them; we take no percentage of their salary. Therefore, our families pay the nannies directly for both permanent placement and on call jobs.
• Our Kid’s Club membership is a one-time fee. Other agencies charge their clients annually for the same type of membership.
• We have long term relationships with our nannies and constant feedback from our clients who use our on call services.
• We have a complete full time staff team, so someone is always available by phone to assist/support.
• We are a member of both the International Nanny Association (INA) & the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA). They have a code of ethics that we follow.
• We have experience working with high profile clients regularly.
