The ideal candidate should possess experience in caring for newborns, infants, and toddlers, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of developmental milestones. They should be able to collaborate effectively with the parents on establishing routines and schedules, including tasks like sleep training, and managing wake windows.
The family is looking for a nanny who can serve as a valuable resource with excellent communication skills, actively supporting the parenting plan while providing guidance when necessary. An outgoing personality is desired to keep their son engaged in age-appropriate activities, such as tummy time, reading, singing, and outdoor play, fostering continuous learning and development.
Family wants to find a patient nanny who can offer comfort through contact naps when needed. The primary focus will be on the baby, encompassing care, cleanup, and handling the child\\\'s laundry. Additionally, the nanny will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in common areas. It\\\'s important to note that the family has two dogs, so nanny must be comfortable around animals and letting them out as needed.
