DESCRIPTION: Busy Lutz family is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated nanny to care for their three young boys. Nanny must have solid references to show a minimum of 7 years’ experience working with children The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of longevity, demonstrating a commitment to building strong relationships with the families they work with. Responsibilities will include providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, engaging them in stimulating activities that promote their development, and maintaining open communication with parents. The boys are energetic and curious, so family is seeking a nanny who is equally passionate about fostering their growth and curiosity, while help maintaining boundaries. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of different ages and will be able to create age-appropriate activities that help promote growth and development. Background in Montessori philosophy is a plus. Nanny would start day in a house manager role, with light housekeeping, laundry organizing, meal prep and preparing lunches for the next day then would be responsible for pick up from school and afterschool activities for the children, then get the ready for dinner, bedtime routines. Dad does have to travel for work-family does need nanny to have availability and flexibility to work longer than 40 hours when needed. Family can provide vehicle for nanny to use to transport children.
